Delivery policy and costs

  1. Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City up to a radius of 20km.
  2. For customers in districts or provinces far from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, transportation costs via shipping units, please contact us to get a specific quote for each area.
  3. In some special cases (large quantity orders, urgent same-day delivery), sales staff will inform the specific fee during the transaction.

Pick up directly at the store.

For customers who come to purchase goods at the Yến Sào Quang Minh headquarters, you will receive the goods directly at the store. Please carefully check the goods and compare the products with the documents before receiving them. You will be provided with a full sales invoice by the sales staff.

Home delivery

  • For customers in the inner-city area of Ho Chi Minh City, staff will deliver the goods to your home upon request.
  • Usually, customers who place an order during the day will receive the goods on the same day; if the order is placed in the late afternoon, it will be received the next day.
  • The delivery department will contact you in advance for you to arrange a specific time and place for receiving the goods.
  • Please carefully check the product immediately upon receipt — if there are any issues with the type, weight, or quality not matching the order, please inform us immediately to coordinate handling.
  • Upon receiving the goods, you sign the delivery note and pay the full amount or the remaining balance (if a deposit has been made) of the order value.
