On April 6, 2026, the Government issued Resolution 15/2026/NQ-CP temporarily suspending the validity of Decree 46/2026/NĐ-CP guiding the Food Safety Law, along with Resolution 66.13/2026/NQ-CP on the announcement and registration of food products.
The suspension will last until the amended Food Safety Law and its guiding decrees come into effect.
