Checking goods when receiving large quantities

This step is often skipped by many businesses and causes difficulties later when needing returns or exchanges. Make sure to:

  • Count boxes, count items, compare the delivery note with the invoice.
  • Randomly open some boxes (the larger the batch, the more checks): check the packaging, labels, expiration date, and the condition of the bird's nest.
  • Record a video while still sealed; take photos if there are any discrepancies.
  • Report immediately to the person in charge of the order; eligible products can be returned within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt (see return policy).
