Storing bird's nest in Ho Chi Minh City: hot and humid year-round

Ho Chi Minh City is hot, highly humid, and has a long rainy season, which creates conditions that easily make dried bird's nest absorb moisture if stored incorrectly. Keep the bird's nest in a sealed container, in a dry and airy place, away from the kitchen, bathroom, and damp walls; close the lid immediately after opening. For soaked or cooked bird's nest, use it soon; leftover portions should be cooled quickly and stored in the refrigerator. Detailed instructions at proper bird's nest storage.

Buying gift bird's nest in Ho Chi Minh City for special occasions

High demand during Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival, March 8, October 20, November 20, and for birthdays, longevity celebrations, and housewarmings. Some notes: order early to have time to choose the design and check the goods; ask in advance about the recipient's allergies and diet; choose packaging that is appropriately formal, don't pay extra just because the box is too elaborate.
